How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order in your account dashboard under "Order History." Tracking updates in real-time from our fulfillment centers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter processing. After that, you'll need to wait for delivery and initiate a return. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement immediately — no waiting around. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer: Free Standard Shipping (2–4 days) on all orders over $99. Express Shipping ($14.99) — next business day. Overnight ($29.99) — guaranteed by 10am. Same-day available in select cities.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Simply initiate the return from your account, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank — typically 3–7 additional business days.

Are all products authentic and covered by warranty?

Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. All items include a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase on eligible products.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is shown on every product page. "In Stock" with a number indicates how many units are available. "Low Stock" means limited units remain — order quickly! "Out of Stock" products can be saved to your wishlist for restock notifications.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute. Click "Account" in the top navigation and select "Create Account." You can also sign up with Google or Apple for instant access. An account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and checkout faster.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" under the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure reset link within 2 minutes. The link expires after 24 hours for security. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant. We never store your full card details.

Do you offer financing or buy now, pay later?
